Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds will arrive on time within 1-3 working days.
The customer will be billed for the shipping costs at most once (including returns); There is no need to charge consumers a restocking fee for returning a product.
